We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was quiet and peaceful, providing the perfect escape from the busy city life. The gardens surrounding the hotel were well-maintained and absolutely beautiful, creating a serene atmosphere. The staff was friendly and respectful, making us feel right at home. The room was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities we needed, including ironing facilities, tea and coffee making facilities, and an in-room safe. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi, allowing us to stay connected during our stay. The hotel also offered a range of services, such as dry cleaning, housekeeping, and a paid shuttle service, ensuring our comfort and convenience.
I highly recommend this hotel to others.

The staff were friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, as it was situated close to my business meeting and other amenities. I also enjoyed the unique setting of the hotel, which had a rustic ambience that made me feel like I was in the heart of Africa.
The dining experience at the hotel was lacking, with limited choices and no menu provided. The pool area also could have benefited from more attention, as it appeared to be dirty.

The breakfast and dinner were not amazing, but the cleanliness and friendly service of the staff were definitely up to par. the rooms were very comfortable and warm, and the key location put us at ease during our stay. We also enjoyed the African decor of the facility, which added to the overall ambiance.
